Delicious cold soup, so very refreshing with sweet and slightly acid flavor. Removing the vegetables skin and cooking a little bit the peppers and the onion, make the soup sweeter and digestible. The touch of honey will also seduce kids (even if one of mine found that the gaspacho tasted exactly like pasta salad ??!!!)……
We do looooooooove rhubarb. Every spring when the leaves spread out we think about how to use it for a change. But we love it still almost crisp, not mashed and especially not denatured. So we imagined this pie without artifice, with neither eggs, nor cream, nor almonds, just a thin crust to support the taste and a little bit of sugar to soften it. You have never taste rhubarb before… It’s fresh, tangy and light……

This month, our collaboration with Chic des Plantes made us discover « Elixir » infusion, a great invitation to travel… Childhood memories of orange blossom scent, intense and subtle touches of Combawa Lemon, invigorating notes of ginger… This infusion inspired me… A desire to reinvent my raw chocolate pie, to bring it character and zest of madness! An elegant, delicate but powerful combination… Some “Chic Petits Bonheurs” to come !…
