So, as last year, we turn to Christmas mode to give you a taste of our Holidays recipes, for a gourmet and happy end of year…
For a gentle start, here is a fresh and light salad, that whets the appetite…
For 4 people
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- Arugula, lamb’s lettuce, baby spinach
- 1 lemon
- 250ml (1 cup) of light cream
- 1 tsp of Maggi
- 1 red onion
- A few radishes
- 4 white mushrooms
- Pink pepper
- Salt, pepper
Prepare the dressing:
In a bowl, mix with a fork the liquid cream, the lemon juice and the Maggi. Add pepper and salt according to your taste. You can also add chopped chives.
Set aside.
Prepare the plates:
Arrange the arugula, lamb’s lettuce and baby spinach on the plates.
Cut the smoked salmon into slices and place them on the salad.
Add thin slices of radish, white mushroom and red onion.
Finally, add the dressing and sprinkle with pink pepper.
Serve immediately.
