This clarified butter, with a thousand virtues, from which lactose, proteins and water have been wiped out, is widely used in Indian cuisine. We use it every day because it is a real alternative for lactose intolerant. It also never blackens while cooking and it’s very stable even at high temperature. So there is no harm in having fun! It does not oxide and can be stored for a very longtime, at room temperature. It brings a little taste of hazelnut butter. We will soon show you how it can be cooked homemade.
