For 1 cheese
Place the cashews in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let soak for at least two hours, then drain.
Add 3 tbsp of water, the lemon juice, the garlic powder, some pepper, one or two pinches of fleur de sel and about 2 tsp of pink pepper. Finely mix. Add chopped chives and store in the fridge.
Serve on a slice of toasted bread, with a few drops of lemon juice and/or olive oil and sprouts.
