Homemade rose lemonade

I still remember the delicate and heady fragrance of the roses that inspired this recipe. Sunshine yellow roses, scattered here and there with drops of “passion red” that enlighten the garden, promising, all in poetry, the upcoming summer …

For 1 liter

  • 1l (4 cups) of sparkling water
  • Juice of 11/2 fresh lemon
  • 2 tbsp of rose water
  • 2 tbsp of agave syrup or granulated sugar
  • Some mint leaves
  • Some untreated rose petals

Mix all the ingredients in a sealed bottle (except for the rose petals), stir well and chill in a fridge for 2 hours or so.

Just before serving sprinkle with some petals in the glasses.
