A childish envy to have fun while feasting. Wacky ingredients, improbable recipes, we tried, experimented, failed and started again until we all agreed on the pumpkin! The Halloween cupcake was born!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"csRow\">\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 37%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"0\" data-csendpoint=\"355\" data-cswidth=\"37.0%\" data-csid=\"7b8f6e82-4184-24c4-ad00-4dce51e383e0\">\n<p><strong>For 8 cupcakes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300g (10 oz)\u00a0of pumpkin flesh<\/li>\n<li>1 plain yogurt<\/li>\n<li>3 pots (empty yogurts) of wheat flour<\/li>\n<li>1 packet of dry yeast<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 pot of brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>125g (9 tbsp) of salted butter<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp of ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp of powdered ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp of nutmeg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Light glaze<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300g (10 oz) of cream cheese<\/li>\n<li>200g (11\/2 cup) of powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>50g (11\/2 oz) of pumpkin pur\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp of maple syrup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pumpkin seeds<\/li>\n<li>Pomegranate seeds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumnGap\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 1.04%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/advanced-wp-columns\/assets\/js\/plugins\/views\/img\/1x1-pixel.png\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 62%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"365\" data-csendpoint=\"960\" data-cswidth=\"62.0%\" data-csid=\"7881e07b-2307-a6c3-a188-e31322f4c3e4\">\n<p>Cook the pumpkin flesh and squash it with a processor, Put the pur\u00e9e aside.Preheat your oven to 165\u00b0C <em>(330\u00b0F)<\/em>. Vigorously mix the yogurt, the flour, the yeast, the eggs, the sugar, the melted butter, the cinnamon, the ginger and the nutmeg.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporate to this preparation 3\/4 of the pumpkin pur\u00e9e and a handful of pomegranate seeds, stirring constantly.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the batter into cupcake molds. Bake to 165\u00b0C <em>(330\u00b0F)<\/em> for about 20 minutes, let cool and set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Light glaze<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix the cream cheese (at room temperature), the powdered sugar, the remaining pumpkin pur\u00e9e and the maple syrup until it gets foamy.
