Thanksgiving mood\u2026<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"csRow\">\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 37%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"0\" data-csendpoint=\"355\" data-cswidth=\"37.0%\" data-csid=\"d4129656-42cc-5a08-94c6-7bd71f0785f7\">\n<p><strong>For 1 pie<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800g <em>(1ld, 10 oz)<\/em> of pumpkin flesh<\/li>\n<li>120g <em>(2\/3 cup)<\/em> of brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 pack of vanilla sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>2 pinches of nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>2 whole eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>200ml <em>(3\/4 cup)<\/em> of liquid cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 short pastry or shortcrust pastry<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>130g <em>(1 cup)<\/em> of flour<\/li>\n<li>50g <em>(1\/4 cup)<\/em> of brown sugar,<\/li>\n<li>100g <em>(1\/2 cup)<\/em> of salted butter<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp of cold water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumnGap\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 1.04%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/advanced-wp-columns\/assets\/js\/plugins\/views\/img\/1x1-pixel.png\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 62%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"365\" data-csendpoint=\"960\" data-cswidth=\"62.0%\" data-csid=\"1f2b228a-c5c7-6437-b1bc-05bce8517cbf\">\n<p>Cut the pumpkin in pieces. Cook them in boiling water until tender.<br \/>\nDrain them and mix them with the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the salt, the nutmeg, the eggs and the cream.<br \/>\nSet aside.<\/p>\n<p>You can use ready for use pastry.<\/p>\n<p>Or prepare your own pastry:<\/p>\n<p>Mix sugar and flour, add softened butter.<br \/>\nKnead well, and add the cold water.<br \/>\nForm a ball of dough.
