Add a drizzle of sweet soy sauce at the end of the cooking. Vegetables must be still crispy.<\/p>\n<p>In a plate, mix half black sesame seeds (you can use white ones if you don\u2019t have black), and half <a href=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/en\/secrets\/gomasio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gomasio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the tuna fish in thick sections (or leave it in steak if you prefer), and briefly sear it in a pan on all sides, a few seconds until it gets a little bit brown.<\/p>\n<p>Then roll it into the sesame seeds\/<a href=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/en\/secrets\/gomasio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gomasio<\/a> mix, and cut it into slices.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately with the sauce and the crisp vegetables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Plate: Bulle sable noir @ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernardaud.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bernardaud<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sleepy days are over !
