200g (7 oz) <\/em>of chocolate for pastry<\/li>\n
3 eggs<\/li>\n
80g (1\/2 cup) <\/em>of sugar<\/li>\n
200g (7 oz) <\/em>of zucchini<\/li>\n
70g (2\/3 cup) <\/em>of flour<\/li>\n
1 heaping tsp of yeast<\/li>\n
1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.<\/p>\n
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens, then add the melted chocolate.<\/p>\n
Peel the zucchini, grate them and add them to the mixture.<\/p>\n
Lastly, add the flour, the yeast and the salt, and mix until smooth.<\/p>\n
Pour in a buttered or oiled cake mold, and bake in oven 25 minutes at 180 \u00b0C (356\u00b0F)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
