Cook them in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, then drain them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cook the eggs in boiling water for 9 minutes, then plunge them in cold water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Prepare the vinaigrette. Mix the mustard with the <a href=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/en\/maggi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">maggi<\/a> and pepper. Add cider vinegar, then olive oil and finely chopped chives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Peel the eggs and finely chop them, then add them to the vinaigrette.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Serve the leeks lukewarm, coated with the \u201cMimosa\u201d vinaigrette and sprinkled with chervil, nasturtium flowers and leaves and salad burnet.
