It will also glossily sublimate fruit pies\u2026<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"csRow\">\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 37%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"0\" data-csendpoint=\"355\" data-cswidth=\"37.0%\" data-csid=\"1df98fa8-4412-7cfc-8fdc-c408593278e3\">\n<p><strong>For 6 to 7 jars<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20 to 25 umbels of elderflowers<\/li>\n<li>2 liters <em>(8 cups) <\/em>of water<\/li>\n<li>500g <em>(1 lb)<\/em> of sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 stalks of rhubarb<\/li>\n<li>8g <em>(0.3 oz) <\/em>of agar-agar<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon (or lime)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumnGap\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 1.04%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/advanced-wp-columns\/assets\/js\/plugins\/views\/img\/1x1-pixel.png\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 62%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"365\" data-csendpoint=\"960\" data-cswidth=\"62.0%\" data-csid=\"d9fb98d9-21d6-e180-aa19-ea06d0a7232b\">\n<p>In a large bowl, place the elderflowers (stems should be removed) with the cut in pieces stalks of rhubarb. Add two liters of water and let macerate all night.<\/p>\n<p>Next day, heat the flowers, the rhubarb and the water in a pan and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>Strain while hot at least twice, in a sieve covered with a clean towel, in order to obtain a clear juice. Pour the sugar mix with the agar-agar and heat again. Bring to a boil and stir for five minutes.
