Thin, creamy and crispy, this light pies is a delight for all the palates, including children ones (tested and approved!).<\/p>\n<p>It will also brighten you up until the fall\u2026<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"csRow\">\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 37%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"0\" data-csendpoint=\"355\" data-cswidth=\"37.0%\" data-csid=\"3bad7f83-bdc5-fb1f-8e96-0ec76856e6b0\">\n<p><strong>For 1 large pie <\/strong><strong>or 8 individual ones<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 puff pastry<\/li>\n<li>Fresh goat cheese<\/li>\n<li>6 or 7 figs<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 rosemary sprigs<\/li>\n<li>100g <em>(3<sup>1\/2<\/sup> oz) <\/em>of walnuts<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp of maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>Fleur de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumnGap\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 1.04%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/advanced-wp-columns\/assets\/js\/plugins\/views\/img\/1x1-pixel.png\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 62%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"365\" data-csendpoint=\"960\" data-cswidth=\"62.0%\" data-csid=\"e8aea38f-7227-396a-a86b-c46ad64f284f\">\n<p>If you prefer individual pies, cut the puff pastry in 8 circles, using a cookie-cutter.<\/p>\n<p>Place the puff pastry on a baking paper sheet.Brush it with olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with a pinch of fleur de sel.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the fresh goat cheese on the puff pastry (2 or 3 tbsp, according to your taste).<\/p>\n<p>Arrange the figs cut into slices.<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, mix the coarsely crushed walnuts and the chopped rosemary with the maple syrup and a tsp of olive oil.
