This allows to eat every floor like a delicate sandwich, with fingertips, and incidentally, it avoids the transformation of the dessert into an amorphous magma, not very \u201cprincess style\u201d anymore\u2026<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"csRow\">\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 37%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"0\" data-csendpoint=\"355\" data-cswidth=\"37.0%\" data-csid=\"f4516448-c245-5369-9e75-d120b07bff71\">\n<p><strong>For 6 people<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 sheets of filo pastry<\/li>\n<li>250g <em>(8 oz)<\/em> of blueberries<\/li>\n<li>1\/2l <em>(2 cups)<\/em> of milk<\/li>\n<li>50g <em>(1\/2 cup) <\/em>of all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>100g <em>(1\/2 cup)<\/em> of sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>1 vanilla pod<\/li>\n<li>250ml <em>(1 cup)<\/em> of whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>2 sachets of vanilla sugar<\/li>\n<li>50g <em>(1\/4 cup)<\/em> of butter<\/li>\n<li>Brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>Icing sugar<\/li>\n<li>Crystallized violets (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumnGap\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 1.04%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/advanced-wp-columns\/assets\/js\/plugins\/views\/img\/1x1-pixel.png\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 62%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"365\" data-csendpoint=\"960\" data-cswidth=\"62.0%\" data-csid=\"2e627e5e-e493-dc40-9af3-04b145ae2c42\">\n<p><strong>Prepare the pastry cream:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whisk together the egg yolks and the sugar, until it lightens.<\/p>\n<p>Moisten the mixture with half a glass of milk, then add the flour and mix, until the mixture is smooth. In a pan, warm over low heat the rest of the milk with the vanilla pod (split lengthways and scraped)\u00a0; pour the egg\/sugar\/flour mixture and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thickened. Put clinging film over, that should stick to the cream. Let cool then set aside in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Whip the very cold cream until stiff peaks form. Add the vanilla sugar and gently whip a little bit more. Set aside in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p>In each filo pastry sheet, cut off 7 circles of 8,5cm<em> (3,5 in)<\/em> diameter. Dispose the circles on a baking paper sheet, brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in oven until golden brown (180\u00b0C <em>(350 \u00b0F)<\/em>). Let them cool. (You can bake them a little bit in advance)<\/p>\n<p>At the last moment, build the stuffed pastry. Place a first circle on the plate. Dispose on top 5 or 6 blueberries and, between them, using pastry bags, some peaks of whipped cream\u00a0 and pastry cream. Place two circles on top and build a second floor the same way. Then two more circles and a last floor.
