Real vitamin bomb, this salad is gonna fill you up with energy, to start the Spring in beauty.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"csRow\">\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 37%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"0\" data-csendpoint=\"355\" data-cswidth=\"37.0%\" data-csid=\"2555353e-dcfe-fc17-bb5c-1657d3e59bf6\">\n<p><strong>For 2 people<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baby spinach and arugula<\/li>\n<li>2 small raw beets<\/li>\n<li>A few kale leaves<\/li>\n<li>1 orange and 2 bloody oranges<\/li>\n<li>3 radishes and sprouts<\/li>\n<li>150g <em>(5 oz) <\/em>of shrimps<\/li>\n<li>Seeds for salad<\/li>\n<li>1 small piece of ginger<\/li>\n<li>4 mandarins<br \/>\n100ml <em>(1\/2 cup)<\/em> of juice<\/li>\n<li>1 lime<\/li>\n<li>Sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp of honey<br \/>\nor agave syrup<\/li>\n<li>Fleur de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumnGap\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 1.04%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/advanced-wp-columns\/assets\/js\/plugins\/views\/img\/1x1-pixel.png\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 62%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"365\" data-csendpoint=\"960\" data-cswidth=\"62.0%\" data-csid=\"1b4b9001-54ad-953a-8663-126ef347bbec\">\n<p>Prepare the vinaigrette.<\/p>\n<p>In a pan, heat the mandarin juice (100ml <em>(1\/2 cup)<\/em>) and the lime juice with the ginger cut in slices, until reduced to 2 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Let cool, remove the ginger, add honey, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of sesame oil and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Peel the beets, cut them in 8 pieces, and place them in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of fleur de sel and bake for 20 minutes at 250\u00b0C <em>(480\u00b0F)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Wash the kale leaves, remove the stem and cut the leaves into pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, add a pinch of fleur de sel, mix well and place the kale with the beets halfway through cooking time. (Bake 10 minutes)<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, using a knife, cut off the peel and white pith from the oranges. Cut the segments or cut the oranges into slices.<\/p>\n<p>Arrange the plates first with the baby sinach and arugula leaves. Then add the roasted beets and kale, orange segments and\/or slices and shrimps. Finaly add a few slices of radish, sprouts and sprinkle with seeds for salad.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Warning\u00a0!
