{"id":3220,"date":"2018-11-23T19:14:35","date_gmt":"2018-11-23T18:14:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/?p=3220"},"modified":"2025-05-11T17:45:14","modified_gmt":"2025-05-11T15:45:14","slug":"spaghetti-alle-vongole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/en\/2018\/11\/23\/spaghetti-alle-vongole\/","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti alle vongole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A classic Italian dish with a taste of sun and sea, that warms us in the middle of winter\u2026<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"csRow\">\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 37%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"0\" data-csendpoint=\"355\" data-cswidth=\"37.0%\" data-csid=\"de3ec888-3858-e9ac-b6d9-9afc40ce4ed6\">\n<p><strong>For 4 people<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g <em>(1 lb)<\/em> of spaghetti<\/li>\n<li>800g <em>(1 lb, 10 oz)<\/em> of clams<\/li>\n<li>3 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>3dl <em>(1<sup>1\/4<\/sup> cup)<\/em> of white wine<\/li>\n<li>1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley<\/li>\n<li>A few cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Fleur de sel, pepper<\/li>\n<li>Coarse salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumnGap\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 1.04%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/advanced-wp-columns\/assets\/js\/plugins\/views\/img\/1x1-pixel.png\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 62%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"365\" data-csendpoint=\"960\" data-cswidth=\"62.0%\" data-csid=\"7932349a-a90a-0e0e-8a7f-f164e843a710\">\n<p>Beforehand, soak the clams in salted water (35g <em>(1 oz)<\/em> of coarse salt\/liter), to drain the sand off, for at least 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p>In a large pan, heat a little bit of olive oil, and saut\u00e9 the garlic cloves cut in thin slices and the finely chopped flat-leaf parsley stems.<br \/>\nAdd the clams and the white wine, cover and simmer for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.<br \/>\nRemove from heat.
