Well, of course it\u2019s not a scientific fact, but we believe in\u00a0! And anyway, it feels good\u2026<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"csRow\">\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 37%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"0\" data-csendpoint=\"355\" data-cswidth=\"37.0%\" data-csid=\"d113b6d2-4724-b325-aa41-ec4bb7c4fed2\">\n<p><strong>For 2 people<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g <em>(8 oz)<\/em> of cooked quinoa<\/li>\n<li>baby greens<\/li>\n<li>1 avocado<\/li>\n<li>4 slices of smoked salmon<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon<\/li>\n<li>2 handfuls of mixed seeds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumnGap\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 1.04%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/advanced-wp-columns\/assets\/js\/plugins\/views\/img\/1x1-pixel.png\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 62%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"365\" data-csendpoint=\"960\" data-cswidth=\"62.0%\" data-csid=\"caddfae0-374f-ed02-827d-526d567e2509\">\n<p>Split the cooked and cooled down quinoa into the bowls. Add the baby greens, the smoked salmon and the avocado cut into pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle with lemon juice.<\/p>\n<p>Sparkle with the mixed seeds.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with an olive oil dressing.<\/p>\n<p>For example, mix some fresh, finely chopped aromatic herbs of your choice (basil, parsley, sage, chives, oregano\u2026) with 2 tbsp of <a href=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/en\/secrets\/gomasio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gomasio<\/a>, 2 tbsp of cider vinegar, 5 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of <a href=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/en\/maggi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">maggi<\/a> and a pressed garlic clove (germ removed).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; float: none; display: block; visibility: hidden; width: 0px; font-size: 0px; line-height: 0;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As we\u2019re still in January and still trying to get lighter, here is a very simple Buddha bowl that will make you feel zen.
