Mix.<\/p>\n<p>Divide the mango on four sheets of baking paper, in the middle. Place the salmon filets on. Sprinkle with the curcuma powder, the black pepper and a pinch of fleur de sel. Wrap each filet in the baking paper and close the foil on both sides. Bake in the oven at 220\u00b0C <em>(428\u00b0F)<\/em>, for 10 to 20 minutes depending on desired doneness.
