Yes ok, half of the people that cook must already know about this super easy but however essential soup recipe. But for the other half, it would have been a shame to miss it.<\/p>\n
So here it is, a little bit customized\u2026<\/p>\n

For 6 people<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
3kg (6 lb)<\/em> of organic zucchinis<\/li>\n
12 laughing cow cheese<\/li>\n
3 stock cubes<\/li>\n
250ml (1 cup)<\/em> of liquid cream<\/li>\n
150g (5 oz)<\/em> of cream cheese \n(St Moret, Philadephia\u2026)<\/li>\n
grated parmesan<\/li>\n
bread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Wash the zucchinis and cut them in pieces. \nPut them in a large pan with the stock cubes, and cover with water. \nCook on medium heat until the zucchinis are done. \nBlend with the laughing cow cheese. \nAdd salt and pepper according to taste.<\/p>\n
