But for the other half, it would have been a shame to miss it.<\/p>\n<p>So here it is, a little bit customized\u2026<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"csRow\">\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 37%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"0\" data-csendpoint=\"355\" data-cswidth=\"37.0%\" data-csid=\"bd7d05d9-5110-c0c4-883d-efb6263eede8\">\n<p><strong>For 6 people<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3kg <em>(6 lb)<\/em> of organic zucchinis<\/li>\n<li>12 laughing cow cheese<\/li>\n<li>3 stock cubes<\/li>\n<li>250ml <em>(1 cup)<\/em> of liquid cream<\/li>\n<li>150g <em>(5 oz)<\/em> of cream cheese<br \/>\n(St Moret, Philadephia\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>grated parmesan<\/li>\n<li>bread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumnGap\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 1.04%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/advanced-wp-columns\/assets\/js\/plugins\/views\/img\/1x1-pixel.png\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 62%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"365\" data-csendpoint=\"960\" data-cswidth=\"62.0%\" data-csid=\"ada613dd-f413-c8a1-a851-f5c298e38a66\">\n<p>Wash the zucchinis and cut them in pieces.<br \/>\nPut them in a large pan with the stock cubes, and cover with water.<br \/>\nCook on medium heat until the zucchinis are done.<br \/>\nBlend with the laughing cow cheese.<br \/>\nAdd salt and pepper according to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Cut some bread slices into small cubes. Saut\u00e9 them with salted butter in a frying pan, until golden brown (or even better, with some <a href=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/en\/ghee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ghee<\/a> and a pinch of fleur de sel). Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>For the cheese cream, two solutions:<\/p>\n<p>1\/ mix well the cream and the cream cheese, and pour into a siphon with one or two gas cartridges. Set aside in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p>2\/ whip the cream until thick, (in this case use only minimum 30% fat cream), gently mix with the cream cheese and set aside in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p>Serve the zucchini soup hot, add some cheese cream on the top and sprinkle with grated parmesan and golden croutons.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; float: none; display: block; visibility: hidden; width: 0px; font-size: 0px; line-height: 0;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yes ok, half of the people that cook must already know about this super easy but however essential soup recipe.
