He cooked\u00a0it for my birthday and I stole it, but of course with his\u00a0consent\u2026<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"csRow\">\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 37%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"0\" data-csendpoint=\"355\" data-cswidth=\"37.0%\" data-csid=\"8ee345e0-a375-b919-851a-0df51c99d2e0\">\n<p><strong>\u00a0For\u00a04\u00a0people<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g <em>(8 oz)<\/em>\u00a0of raw shrimps<\/li>\n<li>2 avocados (ripe but firm)<\/li>\n<li>1 mango<\/li>\n<li>2 spring onions<\/li>\n<li>1 lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp ginger powder<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>fleur de sel<\/li>\n<li>A few sprigs of chives<\/li>\n<li>1 sweet potato<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumnGap\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 1.04%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/les-petits-bonheurs.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/advanced-wp-columns\/assets\/js\/plugins\/views\/img\/1x1-pixel.png\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"csColumn\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; float: left; width: 62%;\" data-csstartpoint=\"365\" data-csendpoint=\"960\" data-cswidth=\"62.0%\" data-csid=\"74baa269-aa2b-1f6f-bee2-cb20745f3cac\">\n<p>Drop the raw shrimps in boiling water just long enough to turn them pink.Drain and refresh under cold water. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, cut the avocados in pieces. Add the lime juice and mix gently. Add the mango cut in small pieces, the chopped spring onions, the ginger powder and a little bit of fleur de sel.<\/p>\n<p>Then add the cooled shrimps cut into slices and olive oil. Mix gently again and refrigerate until serving.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the sweet potato into slices with a knife peeler. Fry them in a pan in hot oil. Then drain on paper towels, add a pinch of fleur de sel and let cool.<\/p>\n<p>Use round cutting shapes to arrange the salad on plates.
